Previously the Director of the Employee Assistance Center, with a focus on helping employers solve their trickiest people problems Leslie founded Coach With Leslie LLC, in 2020. She helps her clients remove the frustrations around poor communication and ineffective conflict management. Over her career she has taught 1000’s of professionals’ conflict resolution techniques and she knows what works, and what doesn’t. That’s why she wrote Twenty-One Lessons for Mastering the Difficult Conversation. Along with several certifications she holds a master’s in human resource development from Western Michigan University.
